Privacy Policy

  1. Privacy Policy "CELLONTECH" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has established the following policy to protect and ensure the privacy and rights of users in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and to handle user complaints related to personal information smoothly. Your information is not only your valuable asset but also important data for the operation of the Company. Therefore, the Company promises to make every effort to protect your personal information throughout all operational processes. In the event of any revisions to the privacy policy, the Company will announce it on the website.

  2. Chapter 1. Procedure for Consent to Personal Information Collection

    The Company has established a procedure where you can click (Agree) or (Disagree) regarding the contents of the website's privacy policy or terms of service. By clicking (Agree), it is considered that you have consented to collect personal information.

  3. Chapter 2. Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use

    The Company utilizes personal information for the following purposes. Processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and in the event of a change in the purpose of use, prior consent will be obtained.

    3. C. Address, telephone number: Accurate acquisition of delivery address for prizes and goods delivery.

  4. Chapter 3. Transmission of Advertising Information

    1. A. The Company shall not send commercial advertising information for profit purposes against your explicit refusal to receive it.

    2. B. The Company shall inform you of changes in terms and conditions, changes related to service usage, new services/products or event information, and other product information through email, mobile phone text messages, and other universal transmission media. In this case, the Company complies with the legally required specifications and methods.

    3. C. When the Company shall send advertising information through email or other means for online marketing, measures will be taken to ensure that you can easily identify the content in the subject line and body of the email.

  5. Chapter 4. Scope of Personal Information Collection

    Without a separate membership registration process, you can freely access the most content. If you wish to use member-exclusive services, the following information must be provided:

    1. A. Personal information collected: Name, email, date of birth, ID, password, gender, address, phone number (landline/mobile), email subscription preference, SMS subscription preference, service usage records, access logs, recipient customer information (name, phone number, address, email).

    After the purposes of personal information collection and use have been achieved, the Company shall promptly destroy the relevant information. However, the following information is retained for the specified period due to the reasons stated below:

  7. Chapter 6. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Disposal

    The Company, in principle, shall promptly destroy personal information once the purpose of its processing has been achieved. The procedure, deadline, and method of disposal are as follows:

    • - Disposal Procedure
      The information provided by members for membership registration is transferred to a separate database (or a separate file for paper documents) after the purpose is achieved. It shall be stored for a certain period according to internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations (refer to the retention and use period) and then disposed of. Personal information transferred to a separate database shall not be used for purposes other than retention unless required by law.

    • - Expiry Deadline for Disposal
      In the event that the retention period of the user's personal information has lapsed, the personal information shall be promptly disposed of within a period not exceeding 5 days from the termination date of the retention period. Furthermore, when the personal information becomes superfluous due to the attainment of the processing objective, the cessation of the relevant service, or the closure of the enterprise, it shall be deemed unnecessary and disposed of within 5 days from the date it is recognized as such.

    • - Method of Disposal
      Information in the electronic file format shall be disposed of employing technically inviolable methodologies.

    Under Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company shall undertake the following measures necessary to ensure security:

      A strict protocol is implemented to minimize the number of personnel involved in handling personal information, with designated individuals shouldering the responsibility. Comprehensive measures are undertaken to manage personal information effectively.

    2. B. Encryption of Personal Information
      User's personal information is securely stored and managed in an encrypted format, ensuring that only the authorized individual can access it. Critical data is further safeguarded by employing additional security features such as file encryption, encrypted transmission of data, and file locking functions.

  9. Chapter 8. Designation of Personal Information Protection Officer

    The Company shall diligently endeavor to facilitate the secure utilization of customer information.   10. Chapter 9. Collection of Opinions and Complaints Handling

    Real-time consultation and phone counseling are available during business hours. We will respond sincerely within 24 hours of receiving inquiries made via email or postal mail. However, as a general rule, please note that inquiries received after working hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Regarding the company's measures for cases involving the misuse of personal information, the following actions shall be taken:

    1. 1. When it is discovered that a user has used someone else's personal information for membership registration or other purposes, the Company shall promptly take necessary actions, such as suspending the service usage or withdrawing the membership associated with the respective account.

    2. 2. If a user becomes aware of their personal information being stolen and requests service suspension or membership withdrawal for the corresponding account, the Company shall immediately take necessary actions.

  11. Chapter 10. Obligation to Notify

    This Privacy Policy is effective from the date of enforcement. In the event of additions, deletions, or modifications to the policy in accordance with laws and regulations, the Company will notify users through announcements at least 7 days before implementing the changes.
