The Company shall inform you of changes in terms and conditions, changes related to service usage, new services/products or event information, and other product information through email, mobile phone text messages, and other universal transmission media. Without a separate membership registration process, you can freely access the most content. If you wish to use member-exclusive services, the following information must be provided:
A. Personal information collected: Name, email, date of birth, ID, password, gender, address, phone number (landline/mobile), email subscription preference, SMS subscription preference, service usage records, access logs, recipient customer information (name, phone number, address, email).

Personal information transferred to a separate database shall not be used for purposes other than retention unless required by law.

2. If a user becomes aware of their personal information being stolen and requests service suspension or membership withdrawal for the corresponding account, the Company shall immediately take necessary actions.
