  • 1. Document Screening

    Each section of the application form, along with the applicant's qualifications, experience, resume, self-introduction, and portfolio, will be comprehensively evaluated to assess if the candidate possesses the suitable qualifications and experience for the applied position and company.

  • 2. First Interview (practical interview)

    The first interview) will assess the candidate's expertise, experience, potential for growth, and core competencies related to the actual job responsibilities.

  • 3. Second Interview (executive interview)

    The second interview is a more in-depth interview that evaluates the candidate's alignment with the company's core values. Depending on the position's requirements, there may be additional third-round interviews.

  • 4. Final selection & job offer

    Candidates who pass the final interview will be offered employment. Upon joining, they will undergo an orientation program, on-the-job training (OJT), and career-specific training.

    • * Only shortlisted candidates from the document screening will be individually contacted.
    • * Depending on the results at each stage, some steps of the process may be added or skipped.
